We now have the ability to block customer emails so they can’t order online utilizing that same email. You do have to call in totoast to have it done, but things are moving in the right direction!!
I agree! I also have an huge issue. I have called and suggested multiple times that they allow us to block customers by phone numbers, addresses etc! They don’t do much of anything. I will have the same customers that will order and dispute every sin...
