Our receipts are now printing with a $10 credit if paying with QR code. This was never authorized on our end. Any help on how to fix this and why it happened? TIA!

Hi,
One of the managers flagged this as well. I'm not sure why it was added, but I was able to get it removed quickly by reaching out to customer support. I was told there's no setting on our end to disable it, but the support agent was very helpful and resolved it promptly.
