I have a guest who called today, saying that he purchased an e gift card online to be delivered to the recipient today, however, it hasn't been delivered.
I tried to search for the e gift card, but I'm unable to see the ones sold online; the Gift Card Report seems to only show those sold in the building.
Am I going about this the wrong way? Is there another report I can use?

E-Gift cards are included in the gift card transactions report (server listed will be the main account holder), if it's not there it's possible they failed to complete the transaction altogether, or giving the wrong date. If they could provide you with the last four digits of the credit card they used you should be able track down the check if it does exist.

Failed to deliver e-gift cards should show up there.
remember to adjust the date range and then click "update"
