having to clock out after shift review and then clock back in to close the register

every night the closer has to do their shift review to collect tips then has to clock out.  To count the drawer and close the register, they need to clock back in, close the register then clock back out.  Sometimes (not always) they can collect tips and before clocking out they can use the back arrow to get to the main page to close the register, then they can clock out.  there must be a better way to close out at night, one that works all the time.  any ideas?

I may be misremembering things but I could have sworn there was a button to complete shift review and stay clocked in before. Not sure why you are only sometimes able to back out of shift review though. Either way I have a fake employee assigned a job that has a pay basis set to salary (so no clockin is needed) and only the permissions necessary for closing drawer and day.

When doing the shift report, there are three buttons at the bottom. A print icon, button for clocking out and starting a new shift, and a clock out button. The icon (no words, just an icon) allows for the report to be printed without clocking out.
