House Account - Same Email Error

Currently, the house accounts do not allow an email to be used for multiple house accounts.  When that person leaves and the invoicing/receipts needs to be emailed to another person in the department but already is responsible for another house account, this is not possible.  (See attached error message.) So, the receipts are sent to the old person's email that is not active nor reviewed anymore.  Can Toast update this ability to use the same email for different house accounts?  Thanks.

For this kind of workflow, you would need to delete the old account and add all the items to the new one. 
Or, possibly, you print out the House account information before the account needs to be switched to a new user; when it's time for payment, you create a whole new account, add all the items, and send the invoice.
House accounts aren't meant to be moved to different people like you're trying to do. I will relay this info to my team, but it is likely this process will not change anytime soon. It seems like the Catering and Events add-on might solve these issues, but I am not certain. If I have misunderstood your request, please let me know!
