Have any of you had success in getting someone at Toast to resolve TDS issues with DoorDash? I've been trying to escalate this for two weeks but it isn't going anywhere, and the issues are becoming too frequent and are damaging our reputation. Clearly there's a glitch between Toast and DoorDash (the driver takes the order but doesn’t deliver it, then blames it on an incomplete address, even though I can see a valid address in Toast), but no one is owning the problem or attempting to fix it. I'm being forced to turn off TDS because of how bad it's gotten.

Hey, I'm sorry to hear about the issues with TDS. If you provide a case number, I can escalate this within my team to hopefully resolve it.

12647206 and 12555101 (merged). I have three other similar issues that have happened over the last two days, but don't see a reason to open another case if Toast isn't going to resolve the ones they already have...

Absolutely. That's who I started with. They're insisting they don't have a complete address, and when I tell them what I see in Toast they say that's not what they got.
