Toast Delivery Services Details on Receipt

When someone orders via Toast Delivery Services, is there a reason why the customer phone number can be listed just like normal takeout orders? 

I think this is something very basic, someone else things this is maybe possible already that I'm missing? 

I would also like an easy way to learn about the driver, they only show TDS driver on the toast web, but Toast says once driver is assigned, the Orders Hub would have driver details. I'm wondering why it can't be shown in the toast web as well? 

That is 2 suggestions to get to dev team.

@Rob .. If you get a chance.. also not sure why the Labels don't have a TDS option 🙂

I checked with support, and the Direct Order ID is assigned. I can see it on the ORDERS HUB. But apparently it's not printed on the receipt, much like how 3rd party delivery works with Toast. 

But TDS needs extra steps before we can call for support.

Just want to make sure I'm relaying this information correctly, are these the feature gaps you are raising? 

A. Missing guest phone number on printed receipts.
This appears to be by design as TDS handles guest privacy differently. However, you would like this info shown on TDS receipts.

B. Missing driver identity/contact in Toast Web
Toast currently only surfaces this in Orders Hub, you would also like this info listed in Toast Web.

C. Add TDS delivery-specific label formats

Thanks, Rob. I realised some of the information was a bit terse when I reread it, but I got slammed with other work and forgot to come in and clarify. 

A. On TDS orders, we don't see the Uber direct order ID. We are required to go and check that in the orders hub. When we need to call the customer service for TDS delivery issues, this is an extra step, unlike Uber takeouts, for e.g.. I can always see the order ID assigned before a driver is assigned—same issue with the customer phone number. For a third-party order, I can see the customer's name and phone number on the receipt. But i don;t see that information for TDS orders. 

B. Exactly, sometimes I try to help from home, I'm not at the restaurant, and getting the driver info or TDS direct order ID is a pain, I need to call the restaurant and get details. This would be great to help when I'm not on site.

C. I quite don't remember what it refers to. Memory got swapped -). I want the order ID on the receipt for easy lookup, not just on Orders Hub. The driver name in Toast Web is also helpful as a post-mortem if we want to look up an older issue. 

Well, I remembered what my little brain was thinking :-). I meant when i file an issue here, i didn;t see a label specific for TDS issues. So I end up picking some random topic instead of TDS. Might even be an oversight on my part.
