Hi Gang,
Since yesterday morning, we've noticed that all of our online orders are reducing inventory by 2. We have a significant retail operation so this is causing alot of confusion.
Happening on our custom braded online store and Toast Local. Orders from HHs and POS are fine, the are correctly reducing stock counts.
We've made no changes to our online store settings or anything else that might trigger this eractic behavior.
We've submitted a support ticket, but I have to imagine this can't be isolated to just us.
Anyone else experiencing this?
