Oysters-Modifier configuration

We have four raw oyster options for every shift, so I have set up an Oyster Choice Modifier Group with a Premodifier including the option to order anywhere from 1 to 24 of each oyster available.   This setup has worked very well, but recently I have noticed an issue when adding an item count to one of the oysters.  Say we have 12 left and we add that count to the Oyster Choice modifier, when a server selects more than one oyster, using any of the Premodifiers, Toast is only deducting 1 oyster from the item count regardless of how many were selected with the Premodifier.  Looking for insight or a solution.

Happy Restauranting.

So the pre modifiers are a quantity? Unfortunately they don't work that way, will not report or deduct the stock. This would also affect your menu reporting, if you select 1 or 24 the system would record one oyster sold in the product mix. I think a better solution for inventory would be to allow same modifier to be added more than once in the group, and just enter the quantity of each modifier, so it would show 3x Oyster, 6x other oyster (hitting the plus button 24 times would be annoying but you can actually long press the + button on a modifier and type the quantity)
