Tax and delivery fees are not matching up between Toast and 3rd party online ordering

Delivery fees aren't being pulled from GH:

Toast's 3rd party integration seems to ignore the tax and delivery fee fields from Grubhub and Uber Eats. It makes accounting a nightmare. Please fix this soon...
