I tried to sign up with owner.com for a webpage and the branded APP. I almost got things working before I realized that Toast also had a similar product. So, I dropped off owner.com and signed up 3 days ago. Got the material, pricing, and DocuSign complete.
I also started playing with the feature and started pulling things from my other website to get the initial site going.
But after a day, everything stopped working. Now, the system thinks I don't have Digital Sourcefront and wants me to sign up again.
Customer service is giving me a run around without anyone able to fix it. I don't want to signup again, since I'm worried Toast would bill me twice and tell me its my issue. Now I'm recording all calls from them to have a backup before they blame me.
