Best strategy to *not* apply a Service Charge to Order and Pay?

Hi there:

We presently apply a Service Charge by specifying that it be applied by default to all Dine In orders.

Ideally, we like to leave this setting alone, but find a way to not apply a Service Charge to orders generated by Order & Pay. 

It seems like the workaround would be to apply Service Charge by Service Area, but it's not ideal, as it creates the possibility that we could lose Service Charge revenue in some cases (like Quick Order tab creation, for example). 

Is there another way to accomplish the desired result?

I don't use order and pay so I am not sure, but can you assign a dining option to order and pay like you can with online ordering? If you can you could change the behavior for that dining option to takeout instead of dine-in and it should not auto attach the service charge.

@rcmck: that would be an ideal solution. Alas, at this time Order & Pay is stuck with Dine In its predetermined Dining Option, and there's no ability to change.
