Anyone else not able to view their customer case updates on their phone (Android)? I posted this issue to customer care and they told me to use a PC and not my phone. Makes no sense why an android based company has a platform that is not compatible with Android phones...

It's not android specific problem just mobile devices in general for some reason (Likely just salesforce being salesforce), a workaround for chrome is to force the desktop version by checking desktop in the chrome menu.
