We are having trouble with the rewards accounts being automatically linked to credit cards on checks with multiple payments. If one person has a rewards account and the other does not, and they split the payment on the check, both cards are then connected to the first person's rewards account. How can we prevent this? I know it can be avoided by creating separate checks before taking payment but this is not always possible when busy. Especially with large groups at the bar.
