receipt/ apple pay- removal

Hi All,

 Our receipts started printing with an apple pay advertisement at the bottom of the receipt. It just started today. 

I looked in receipt setup but I can't figure out how to remove it. Does anyone know how to get rid of this?

Ideally, I don't want customers leaving their table to pay and the only way to use apple pay in our full service restaurant is to come to the togo counter to pay, which of course I don't want them to have to do.

Are you still seeing it? Disappeared for me, probably a feature flag got flipped on by mistake.
