Screen not flipping over

Hey! One of my terminals will not flipper when it is time for the customer to tip and sign? Physically it will slip but the screen does not rotate. How do I fix this?

You might need to record a video of you flipping the terminal, the screen not rotating, and contact care. As far as I can see, there isn't any documentation about this, so this device may need to be replaced. Once you have contacted care, feel free to send me a DM if they cannot solve the issues!
