Included with your core POS subscription, the MyToast app empowers your team by giving them easy access to hours worked, tips, and our newest MyToast feature, Team Chat, right at their fingertips! Share updates, send files, and know who’s in the loop with read receipts. MyToast and Team Chat is a powerful and easy way to stay connected and build a strong team.

Toast Tables- Digital Chits

Give your staff the tools they need to enhance their hospitality and improve the guest experience by putting visit notes, such as guest details, special occasions, and more (collected through Toast Tables reservations) right in their Toast Go® handheld POS devices and POS terminals.

Digital Chits can benefit several members of your front-of-house team, such as:

  • Managers: Easily empower staff to view, transfer, and recall visit details.
  • Hosts: Relieve the host of needing to remember and transfer every little detail to the server, and help prevent communication breakdowns.
  • Servers: Know the guest and their preferences by showing party details without having to ask the host and disrupt the flow.

Guestbook - Guests Hub

Know your guests better than ever with the new Guests Hub in ToastWeb. Understand guest types, such as new, returning, or lapsed, and gather insights into their average spend, order frequency, and more. Plus, with updated Guest Profiles, you can view even more details about each individual profile in an easy-to-use format. It’s all live within the new Guests tab in Toast Web, available at no extra charge for all Toast customers!

Toast is introducing TipOut—a new feature designed to simplify and speed up the way you pay your team. For a limited number of operators, we will offer early access to a streamlined solution that automatically distributes non-cash tips directly to employees, resulting in reduced cash handling, automated tracking, and no delays.

With this new functionality, operators can:

  • Eliminate trips to the bank, end-of-shift cashouts, and tedious tip reconciliation - review and approve tip amounts with ease.
  • Give your team faster access to their earnings by processing daily tip payouts for instant deposits into employees' bank accounts.

Test Kitchen- Trends Console

The Trends Console is a new reporting experience designed to help restaurant Operators and General Managers answer two critical questions: “How am I doing?” and “How could I be doing better?”

By combining easy-to-read charts with AI-powered insights, the Console empowers operators to spot trends, understand anomalies, and take meaningful action without relying on spreadsheets, multiple tools, or hours of manual digging.

Accessible directly from the Reports section, Trends Console provides time-based visualizations for key Sales and Labor metrics, including comparisons like “Today vs. Last Week” and “This Month vs. Last Month.” When performance shifts, the system may surface brief, actionable insights to help operators interpret the data and decide next steps. The first release focuses on single-location support, with insights tailored to the selected timeframe and metric.

Key capabilities:

  • Clear, at-a-glance visualizations of Sales and Labor trends
  • AI insights that try to help explain performance shifts or anomalies
  • Hourly and daily breakdowns to identify patterns or issues
  • Filters to help operators compare trends between different time periods, e.g., today to yesterday, or today to the same day last week

This is just our first step toward delivering a richer, more powerful trends experience. Over time, we’ll be expanding the Console to include more data types, deeper comparisons, and more insights—helping operators uncover new opportunities to improve performance across their business.

Can't wait for the phone ordering AI, we are using an outside company for this and we love it.
