Our guests use DoorDash, GrubHub & UberEats to order & have their food delivered. We've run into a recent rash of discrepancies & subsequent charge-backs. We're now having the drivers sign a copy of the printed receipt acknowledging that the order is complete & accurate when they pick it up. I'm looking for ideas on how to do this on the Toast handheld...similar to a guest giving a thumbs up or thumbs down response to the post payment survey. Even a comment section for the drivers to sign would be awesome...need to get rid of the paper & establish an electronic closed-loop system.
