Can I remove customer phone number prompt for take out orders?

If so, how? Just the phone number, not the name.

I went to Takeout and Delivery > Availability > Takeout/Delivery > Takeout customer info (don't prompt). 

This was the only option to remove the phone number prompt but I still want to be able to prompt to get a customer name.

I think your only option would be to disable the takeout information prompt under takeout and delivery and turn on require tab name under front of house, this would prompt everywhere though, dine in and takeout.
