does anyone know where i find these tools at i have searched everywhere and can't find them. Everything thing on toast central comes up a dead end

I see. Sorry about that. It appears you need to have the xtrachef inventory integration in order to build prep sheets; I am waiting for feedback from my team to make sure that is the case. I will update this post once I hear from them.
