Change Loyalty Redemption to a Tender, Not a Discount

Hello,

Currently, when guests redeem loyalty it is processed as a discount, not a tender.  This brings the subtotal down.  Since gratuity calculates off the subtotal, this results in servers getting less gratuity when guests redeem.  In the worst-case scenario, if a the redemption covers the entire subtotal, the server will get no gratuity.  Smaller amounts are harder to notice and guests will not give extra tip to compensate, especially if paying with a QR code.  Changing the redemption to a tender would solve this issue.

You Can Set your UI Options to have service charges be on pre discounted or post discounted amount

If you do that, then other discounts, like comping a menu item due to various reasons, would be subject to a gratuity.  To get around that, one would have to move the item to a different check every time.
