Cisco Router for POS

Hi everyone, we have anew pizzeria in La Junta Co, and are loving Toast and the resources.  Recenly, my wifi connected mobile devices began to connect without internet access.

Tech support for our local router suggests the Cisco router connected to the POS system is issuing IP addresses for wifi.

Do you know where I can find resources to adjust those settings?

Like turning off wifi or turning of DHCP for wifi, so it doesnt's act like a router, allowing our main ISP router to handle that?

Many thanks

The toast router (cisco) is supposed to act like a router but only for toast devices. Mag have cable wired wrong, possible you could share some pictures of how it is wired to your ISP router?

The article below goes into detail about how this should be set up, but if you could provide pictures, that would help a lot. Do you have a support case open about this by chance?
