Hello! I am looking for instructions on how to reallocate credit card tips that ended up in the wrong tip pool.
The Scenario: A check was opened by a bartender and on drink was purchased. The customer then moved to a table where a server completed the majority remainder of the transactions. The check was transferred before it closed, but the tips still ended up in the bartender pool. Is there a way to adjust this before submitting to payroll? I see that I can manually adjust cash tips in timecard reports, but not credit tips.

You may need to reach out to support for more information. It seems like this might be possible, but I couldn't find any articles that explain how.
