Is there a way to enter notes on a customer? For example, a customer that needs to pay first when they call an order in. Our old POS system would pop up a message box with 'critical' remarks when that customer was selected on the order screen.

So far from what I can see, it can only be done through the back end guest profile. You can probably have your staff to compile a list of guest note and you update it weekly or monthly.
