Debit Card Not Working

My card reader will accept credit card transactions but will decline all debit card transactions. Has anyone else had this issue? I have been waiting to hear back from support for a few days now and need to get this issue sorted out.

If your card reader is accepting credit card transactions but declining all debit card transactions, try the following steps to troubleshoot the issue:

1. Inspect the lights on your card reader:
  - Ensure you see at least two lights lit up: a small green light indicating power and a blue light indicating communication with the device.
  - If you don't see any lights, check the card reader's connection and the USB port.
2. Run a test payment:
  - Close all apps on your device.
  - Open the Card Reader Support app and wait for it to initialize the card reader.
  - Test each payment method (NFC, Insert, Swipe) with a debit card.
  - If tests fail, try a different debit card.
3. Clear the cache:
  - Use the Clear Cache shortcut on your device.
  - Attempt another debit card payment.
4. Swap USB ports:
  - Try connecting the card reader to a different USB port on the terminal.
5. Ensure EMV is enabled:
  - In the Toast POS app, navigate to Device Setup and ensure EMV Enabled is set to Yes.
