We are pizza store and we have a lot of meal deals, we separate tickets to fryer station and pizza prep stations which have their own label printers for putting on the pizza boxes etc.
We use coursing for kitchen tickets set up to separate items by course, basically so we can get a label for a modifier. This works perfect for all orders taken in store, but for online orders and delivery coursing does not work.
So if we have a double deal- two medium pizzas, it wont give us 2 labels, one for each pizza is what we need, if its its an online order. If instore we get two labels no problem. Its confusing for staff.
Has anyone came across this? or has a fix. Toast recognise the problem and have put forward for development but that was 6 months ago and no timeline on getting it any time soon.
