Epson TM-L90ii does not print sticky labels until you pull the sticker prior.

Has anybody had this issue before? We have another sticky label printer that doesn’t have this problem but this Epson-TM-L90ii is causing this issue.

It's a setting that's built into the  68* version of the L90s. My coworker and I were messing with the settings on ours and found that it can be disabled by going through the printer's self-test/config menu - Power it off, hold feed and power it on for the initial print out then hold feed to get to the modes selection > 2: customize value settings  > 13: other settings > 5: Paper Removal Standby > 2: Disable (it's probably set to Enable, so change it here) then keep following the instructions to get out of the menu and save.

Hey thank you. We were able to fix it last week and went through the same method!

Thanks for replying with this update!
