Basically, right now we have our modifier routing set up to display on individual prep stations if the modifier has a different station than the item. The importance of this is so that sides (particularly going to fry station) can print completely separate from the item as to not overload that station with more information than they need. i.e. they don't need to see all the sandwiches and their modifiers, just need to see "Fries".
The problem comes when it comes to protein modifiers on items. For instance, if someone orders a chicken wrap and subs steak, (chicken wrap shows on fry/point and steak would go to grill) one station gets just "chicken wrap" and the other gets just "steak" neither of them knowing the modifier. Same for a Fajita when the guest has choice of protein.
It would be a life saver if we could just have it set as "Print or show item with modifier" and set ONLY the sides modifier to show just modifier.
