Flashing Blue Question Mark Toast Go 2

Anyone else having issues with their Toast GO 2 handhelds showing a flashing blue question mark above the screen? Started happening to us a week or so ago. None of the devices ever showed that they were in offline mode and the status screen shows everything online. The other day 9 of our 10  handhelds were having the issue.  Force quitting the app and clearing cache makes the question mark go away but it eventually comes back.  When it is present and I try to change someone's order to takeout it tells me it can't look up customers in offline mode (I've attached a screenshot) even though everything else shows as being online. I've been on with tech support and we just tried resetting and adjusting our access points but still having the issue.

A software update a week or two ago seemed to resolve the issue.  We're on 2.86 build 1 now. It was an updated vesion of 2.85 I think that resolved the issue. Make sure your software's up to date and if not call support and see if they can schedule the update for you.

It's a network issue. Have you tried to forget and join the network?

I'm trying that now. It made the question mark go away. We'll see if it lasts. I've force quit and cleared cache which made it go away before but it has always come back.

Question marks came back. Support said that their is a red flag ticket with engineering about the issue with customer lookup showing offline. Since it happens when the question mark shows up it seems to me like they are probably related. Said they were going to push an update out yesterday, but I haven't seen it yet.

I'm sorry that didn't work out for you. I just encountered the similar issue with out Toast Go today. Same blue question mark. I was able to resolve the issue by rebooting the handheld. Hoping your issue gets resolved as soon as possible.
