I'm curious how others are implementing NA spirits such as tequila, boubon, gin etc.
Are you adding it as a liquor option to existing cocktails? I worry a bartender may accidentally make a cocktail fully leaded when it should be NA.
Or are you creating specific cocktails such as a regular Margarita item and then an item for NA Margarita?
For our mocktails that are unique its easy but when you just want to sub a NA spirit for a traditional cocktail, what do you do..What about a NA Gin & tonic kind of thing?
