Can you use container sizes (1/6, 1/3, 1/9) for prepped ingredient inventory UOM and weight in a recipe for the prepped ingredient?
Example: I have a prep recipe as an ingredient in a recipe. The prep recipe UOM is 1/6 container. The recipe calls for a weight measure instead of the 1/6 container, but when I enter the prep recipe in the ingredients section it does not have ounces as an option in the UOM drop down. So I am wondering if there is a way to convert the 1/6 container to ounces in the recipe.
