I invoiced my first House account today. Sent it via email to the customer. My team just called me and they can't close their day because this is showing as an open ticket. What did I do wrong?
Thank you in advance for any help!

I have never gotten a chance to use the House Account feature. But I would assume it works the same way as Customer Invoices feature. You can still close the day with that open check active. The printout won't include the amount of the house account check. Once that check is paid by the account holder, the today's net sales will be updated. You may notice discrepancy on your net sales and payment with "sales collected" and "paid in total" shown on your Sales Summary Report. Here is an article from Toast Central that explains some of the FAQ about Sales Summary including "sales collected" and "paid in total". https://central.toasttab.com/s/article/Sales-Summary-FAQ

If you search "House accounts" on the Toast community, you can find others referencing this topic, but here is a specific thread that might be helpful. I have also attached some articles about house accounts!
