payment

I had an event that is done and has been invoiced.  I have the CC information, but it won't let me charge it out.  The CC information is correct, but the error code is "Transaction Denied".  It shows the order as "confirmed".  How do I resolve this?

Sounds like it could be an issue with the guest's card. I would contact the guest and see if they need to call their bank to allow the transaction, or see if they have another form of payment. If everything seems to check out on the guest's end and you're still having the issue then you'll probably need to open a support ticket.
