KDS Issues

Is anyone else experiencing issues with their KDS. Specifically, we have noticed that orders are sometimes only going to the expo screens and other times only to the production screens. Additionally, there have been instances where orders are not showing up at all. This has been reported by all of our restaurants, and it started around the first of March. It doesn't happen every day but seems to be occurring more often the past couple of weeks.

Are you using the new grid view KDS or the original?

We are using the original.

The fact that it is multiple restaurant and all started at the same time is odd, I have not had any issues personally or seen any other posts about it, I am thinking a local network issue possibly. Do you use the toast managed network or are you self managed with your own IT or MSP?

We use the toast managed network at all locations.
