I wanted to know if there is a way to get better KDS reporting such as:
Time of prep of items
Clock in as expo and see how you can measure his time of sending tickets
What Items are taking too long to make or the one that are fast to make
for me those are key KPI to understand the impact of wrk flow and FTE for a restaurant,

Kitchen Operations Reporting Overview

I agree with Tsandoz. Reporting by ticket doesn't give enough detailed information about how your kitchen is performing on specific items. How am I supposed to adjust prep times or coach staff on items they tend to struggle with if I'm only able to see a high level overview of ticket timing or a detailed version of a single ticket that only shows me fulfilment time and prep station for the entire ticket?
If you click into the ticket details and look at the update history, you can see exactly what time the item was sent and when it was fulfilled, but this information is difficult to read and you can only look at one ticket at a time.
The data is clearly being stored. Any hope at all that Toast is working on creating a more robust reporting tool for KDS would be nice. Thanks!
