Is there a way to set ordering times for the kiosk?
We have a kiosk placed at the front, and occasionally, guests use it to place orders even during our closed hours. While I am aware of the option to set menu availability, we still need to keep the menu accessible after closing for adjustments for dine-in guests.

As @rcmck mentioned and suggested, manually exiting the kiosk mode or manually turning off the kiosk is one way to do it.
Menu availability is another way to go around like you said. Separate your dine-in menu from kiosk menu by creating a new menu for you kiosk only. And then set the kiosk menu to be turned off at your desired time. You can still make adjustments as needed.
If you really want to make the kiosk shut off on its own, I believe you might be able to install 3rd party app that allows you to turn off device at scheduled time on some older kiosk models. Or add an old school timer switch at the power source to the kiosk. It will definitely work but not recommended.

Could you maybe just manually exit kiosk mode whenever you close? @au79teahouse might have some better ideas.
