Looking for Help: Visa Card Processing Problem Not Resolved

Hello everyone, I’m Antonio Urdaneta. My wife Martha and I are the owners of QuickBite Bakery & Coffee, and we’d like to share an ongoing issue we’ve been facing with Toast’s payment processing.

Since the day we opened—which is now over two months ago—we’ve had persistent problems accepting Visa cards, especially those from Chase Bank. We reported this issue to Toast support right after our launch, but even now, nearly two months later, there’s still no solution.

We’re reaching out to see if anyone else in the community has experienced a similar problem and to understand how we might escalate this issue. We’re quite disappointed with Toast’s technical support in this matter, as it has caused us financial losses and impacted our business launch.

We’d really appreciate any advice or shared experiences on how to get this resolved at a higher level. Thank you all for your help!

What is they issue with visa cards from chase. Is it cards that are tapped, inserted, swiped. Used in Digital Wallets Keyed. Are they Quick service transactions or are they authorizations. Is your address for your location the same as the Postal Service corrected address? Are they debit card issues or Credit Card? Is you merchant Category Correct?

Thank you for your message. Everything on my end is working correctly — the setup, the configurations, and all operational steps have been checked multiple times. There is simply a technical issue that is beyond my control, and unfortunately, it has been impossible to get the support department to truly focus on the problem and resolve it.

What’s most confusing is that we have another business in the same city, with the same type of setup, and it has no issues at all. This makes it even more evident that something specific on Toast’s side needs to be addressed.

I guess my question is what is the issue?
