Is there a way to have meal pacing activated with expo firing- only visible on expo screen- and also have servers able to hold items on their handheld - for example if a guest wants to hold off on their entrees but has already given the employee their order.
also- is there a way to have certain items bypass expo firing and go directly to a prep station. For example- I want expos to be in control of firing to the entree line- but I want salads to go directly to the salad screen without expo firing
