Mixed Messages on TDS switch

We got he pop up on the terminals yesterday saying that we have been switched to uber direct. See attachment

However it looks like our TDS delivery orders that went out with DoorDash Drive. Any inisight? Is it changed is it not?

If we do get switched to Uber Direct and would like to switch back to DoorDash is this an easy change and how?

I thought I was supposed to get an alert on my toast dashboard that would ask me if I want to elect to stay with DoorDash but never got that. It's possible I misunderstood that this was I step that I should have seen cross my dashboard. Did anyone else receive a message asking you to opt in or out?

Toast switched over... Your best bet is using Shipday as opposed to TDS as you can dispatch to local delivery services, doordash, and uber while saving 10% commission from Uber/Doordash and keeping your delivery fees.

Thank you but I like the straight up fee vs. a commission base that toast delivery services offer.

I am trying to figure out if we have or have not switched and if we have then why does everything still say DoorDash.

If we haven't switched why did the POS have a pop up that say we have switched to Uber.

And finally is there somewhere in Toast Dashboard that I can elect to go with either DoorDash or Uber or is this something that has to be done by calling customer service?

From what I heard doorddash is thinking about creating their own POS system...Toast got word of this and switched to Uber (dont quote me on that)

I got mine switched back. Reach out to the integration team. Supposedly next month there will be a toggle where you can choose. I had a demo with Cartwheel today. Seems pretty good. An upgrade from TDS and savings too. Shipway was the other option but they never responded to me after demo.
