Modifier Help

I have an Ice Cream Shop 

we offer hand dipped flavors in 3 options single scoop 2 scoop or 3 scoop . You can get multiple flavors for the 2 or 3 scoop. My question is it possible to have a modifier for all for the flavors that when i hit OOS it makes all vanilla OOS across single scoop 2 scoop or 3 scoop . 

2nd part.. right now if I change a flavor or add a flavor I have to go to all 3 modifier pages to adjust/change. i/m to use a single modifier page 

i tried talking to Toast chat but they can't see, to understand or do

For your first question, yes it is possible. All you need to do is to use the same vanilla modifier across the board instead of creating a new one of the same flavor. 

For the second question, you can use only one modifier group and allow multi-selection on the modifiers.

Not sure how you have it configured already, but I would reference this post from @nbunda , https://community.toasttab.com/t5/restaurant-operations/seeking-advice-on-optimizing-gelato-tracking... Their setup should allow you to have just one flavor to OOS and affect all sizes.
