When a guest orders a sandwich, occasionally they will sub out the standard side with a side salad or a soup that they would like before their sandwich arrives. Is there a way to program the soup/salad side to fire to the salad station separately when they want the salad/soup before the main item arrives? What is the best way to navigate this?
Coursing works with the KDS grid display, but it will not work if you use "server item firing". Are you getting an error message or something telling you it can't be enabled?
when I try to set “Modifier Course Firing” to “Fire modifier to its configured course” I get an error message stating “This setting is not supported by Grid view on a KDS device.”
