I have attached some articles that may help. The last time I saw this error, they contacted support and requested to be transferred to the integrations team. If you decide to reach out to support, feel free to share the case number with me!

Rob,

we followed the API Documentation and even reached support yesterday they replied like we will support only for registered integration partners

Yes, that is correct. We provide support only to registered partners, and you can find the list of partners at the following link. It seems like you can apply to become a partner. You can find more information at the link, although I'm not entirely sure how the process works.

Are you in the read only API beta or otherwise have access to the read only API?

if yes, Employee PII data is blocked by default, but you can request they turn it on for you. You should email developer-support@toasttab.com and explain your use case and they should be able to turn it on for you.

if you don’t have access to the API at all, then there’s nothing that can be done at the moment. You can ask your rep to add you to the list for the ready only API and wait.
