We recently got a new printer for the kitchen tickets. We noticed that the margins between each item is significantly larger than the tickets printing from the other printers. I know it sounds silly but each ticket from this specific printer tends to be almost twice the size in length which means we will be going through printer paper twice as fast on this specific printer. Looking for a solution....

Under printers and cash drawers, find the new printer and check that the settings are the same as your other kitchen printers (model -unless it is a different model, kitchen ticket font size, and paper width) https://www.toasttab.com/restaurants/admin/printing
