On line ordering

Hello, 

I am trying to incorporate on line ordering at our establishment and don’t know where to start. Does Toast help us set up the menu format so it appears as a link on our website?  Is there a direct contact to speak to in order to get started. Thank you as any advice will be greatly appreciated

They will provide you with a link to your online ordering page, but it is up to you to add it your website, they can't do that. You can however have it added to or enable ordering from your google business listing.

Online ordering can look daunting to start. 

Once you switch on online ordering there will be a link provided. Copy and paste that link to see what the initial version looks like. If nothing is there, that is a simple fix. In the back end, go to 'Edit Menus', click on the menu you want to see online. Scroll down to advanced properties. Make sure in the 'Visible to'  section the box 'online orders: toast' is checked. Save and publish. That menu will (should) appear on your online menu.
