We use printed prep station tickets at all of our stations. Tickets from phone and in person orders print with items grouped by category (coffee, food, smoothies, etc). But when a guest orders online, items on the prep ticket print in exactly the order they were placed. It would be so much more efficient, helpful and organized if all tickets printed by category. Is there a way to do this, and if not, why?

Thanks for your response. The article referenced doesn't address the lack of prioritization from online orders. We currently do prioritize prep tickets, but online orders don't follow that order, which makes no sense.
