A week ago I started using Toast for my restaurant and I'm having issues with my online orders showing as a ticket on my expo screens. it shows only on one Prep station and nothing else. On my expo screen 2 it shows a little notification saying we have an online order but that's it how do i get it to display on all screens as a ticket?

Are you using a seperate menu for your online ordering?

I just imported my existing menu. Do you thing I should create an online just for online orders?

No, you don't have too unless you have a reason for it (increased prices etc), just trying to understand the setup, the online ordering should not act any different as far as routing, if items put in house from the same menu go where you expect the online ordering should do the same, unless you have some item routing configured that is rerouting online orders to another prep station.

I never set up an item routing. Everything ordered in store was working fine. if there is any screen shots you would like to see let me know I can try and share some.
