Open a Closed check

I am trying to open a closed check and I do not have a re-open link next to each closed check in my orders detail report. Anybody know why?

There isn't a link on the order details view, if you go to orders tab and click on the check you will see the link there, or under find/refund check.

Thank you, thats not what the toast article says. It tells you to go to order details tab.

I found the article. It states that the link is in the Orders report, not the Order Details view. Sorry about the confusion!
