Pre Modifiers not showing on handheld POS devices

I have set up pre-modifiers for our menus and they are assigned correctly, but they do not show up when our servers are using toast go2 handheld pos. They only show up on the terminal POS. Am I missing something?

I would try to re-syn the data on one handheld; if that works, do it to the rest.

@hopeh2o check the display settings and resolution for the actual android device as well as the rows and columns in device setup

It could also be that the item is not toggled to "use pre-modifiers". I had this issue and it was an easy fix!
