I'm looking for ways to clean up our kitchen tickets from 3rd party delivery + online ordering partners. We've experienced delivery drivers and customers have trouble finding their order due to two things -
1. Small font on the top of the ticket
2. Confusing way the integration formats the customer information, for example UberEats customer information comes out as "UE__CustomerName8374" This goes the same for DoorDash.
For context, we are using the kitchen tickets that are printed at our prep station to stick on the outside of the bag. Does anyone have any recommendations to elevate this experience?
