Hello,
When we take apple pay payments on our handhelds, there's a notification that pops up when someone logs into the main station. If the check (table 14) belonged to server A, but server B logs in with his/her own passcode, they see the notification that "table 14 left a 24% tip". If they click open that notification, it shows what any other server received in tips as well at their paid /completed tables regardless of payment method.
Does anyone know if we can get rid of this? We don't really like employees to see what other employees are being tipped.
Thank you.

Thank you. I actually was in that section on the back end the other day and I had unchecked the one thing I thought applied to this situation, but it is still happening so I'm not really sure what else to do other than disable the mobile pay function. We don't do the QR code pay or ordering so I didn't think to uncheck that, but I will try it and see what happens. Thanks again.

Ok, I'm thinking it may be connected to the qr settings.

Let me know if this works for you! Turning off the notifications should prevent this, but let me know if it doesn't!

Hey @Rob, if we don't want to turn off the notifications, is there a way to remove the part where it shows the tip % left by a guest when the check is paid? We've noticed that the tip % that appears on the notification isn't always accurate.
Thank you!

Hey @Sdaniel based on what I could find there is not a way to remove that, but it does seem like other locations were having a similar issue. I will reach out to my team to see if they can offer any further insight!
